On 19th May, Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High Department of the east campus carried out the Chinese teaching and research group meeting as scheduled, the theme of which was reading a book together, sharing new knowledge and communicating together. The author painted a detailed insect world with exquisite and vivid brushwork, who spent the best part of his life immersed in the world of insects. Third of all, teacher Huang Xiandan shared Zhong Jie's ‘The Way to Govern the Class’. I have been thinking since I became the head teacher: What kind of head teacher I want to be? How to be a head teacher that students like? What kind of class should I cultivate as a head teacher? With these questions, in this winter vacation, I read the excellent head teacher Zhong Jie's ‘The Way to Govern the Class’ and I deeply admired Zhong Jie's writing skills. From the personal experience of a head teacher, she presented a moving story of teachers and students in front of me. Thus, we should also start from the perspective of students, relax our mind, pay more attention to students and summarize experience in time to promote the rapid growth of students.
